Request data deletion
Sort My Fridge is published by Lion Shell Studio and does not require an account. You can still ask us to delete information associated with your use of the game.
How to make a request
- Email hello@lionshellstudio.com with the subject “Sort My Fridge data deletion request”.
- Tell us what you want deleted, such as a support message or data associated with your game installation. Include only details that help us find it; please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
- We will reply to confirm your request, ask for any information needed to verify or locate the data, and explain what we can delete. You do not need the app installed to contact us.
What is deleted or kept
Game progress and settings: These are stored on your device, not on a Lion Shell Studio account or server. To delete them, clear Sort My Fridge’s app storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. Device or app-store backups are controlled by their provider.
Analytics data: Firebase Analytics receives a pseudonymous app-instance identifier, a masked IP address used to derive approximate location, automatic app-lifecycle information, and gameplay events such as levels started or completed, difficulty, stars earned, selected game modes, and chapter completion. We do not send your date of birth, name, email address, a game-account ID, or your saved game file to Firebase Analytics. Advertising-ID collection and ad-personalisation signals are disabled for Firebase Analytics.
If your request concerns analytics data, tell us in your deletion request. Because Sort My Fridge has no account and the analytics identifier is pseudonymous, an email address alone cannot identify data from your installation. We will review what can be located and deleted. Uninstalling the game stops future collection from that installation; clearing app storage resets the local app-instance identifier before a new identifier is created if the game is opened again. Our Google Analytics property retains event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months. Aggregated reports that are no longer associated with an identifiable app instance may be kept for longer.
Messages you send us: We can delete support, feedback, and deletion-request correspondence we hold after we verify and process your request, unless we need to keep limited records for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons. Otherwise, we generally keep correspondence for up to 24 months after the last interaction.
Crash reports: Firebase Crashlytics receives crash and diagnostic information, including installation identifiers, but no game account or saved progress. Tell us if your request concerns crash data. We will review what can be identified and deleted; an email address alone may not identify reports from your installation. Google says Crashlytics retains crash reports and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from live and backup systems.
Advertising data: Google AdMob may process device and advertising identifiers and ad interactions. Lion Shell Studio cannot directly delete data held in your Google account or advertising profile. You can manage or reset your Android advertising ID and review Google’s privacy controls. Google retains provider-managed information under its own policies.
