Request data deletion

Sort My Fridge is published by Lion Shell Studio and does not require an account. You can still ask us to delete information associated with your use of the game.

How to make a request

  1. Email hello@lionshellstudio.com with the subject “Sort My Fridge data deletion request”.
  2. Tell us what you want deleted, such as a support message or data associated with your game installation. Include only details that help us find it; please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
  3. We will reply to confirm your request, ask for any information needed to verify or locate the data, and explain what we can delete. You do not need the app installed to contact us.

What is deleted or kept

Game progress and settings: These are stored on your device, not on a Lion Shell Studio account or server. To delete them, clear Sort My Fridge’s app storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. Device or app-store backups are controlled by their provider.

Messages you send us: We can delete support, feedback, and deletion-request correspondence we hold after we verify and process your request, unless we need to keep limited records for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons. Otherwise, we generally keep correspondence for up to 24 months after the last interaction.

Crash reports: Firebase Crashlytics receives crash and diagnostic information, including installation identifiers, but no game account or saved progress. Tell us if your request concerns crash data. We will review what can be identified and deleted; an email address alone may not identify reports from your installation. Google says Crashlytics retains crash reports and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from live and backup systems.

Advertising data: Google AdMob may process device and advertising identifiers and ad interactions. Lion Shell Studio cannot directly delete data held in your Google account or advertising profile. You can manage or reset your Android advertising ID and review Google’s privacy controls. Google retains provider-managed information under its own policies.
